Audible is on Sonos.

Now your customers can enjoy Audible's unmatched selection of audiobooks on their Sonos Home Sound System.

Make sure to tell your customers that they can play their books straight from the Audible app or use the Sonos app. Amazon Alexa support is coming soon for Sonos One owners and owners who've connected other speakers to an Amazon Echo or Echo Dot.

Existing Sonos owners received an email earlier this week about the exciting Audible news and it includes an exclusive offer for two credits and a free audiobook!

URC joins the Sonos-certified partner family!

We're excited to share that URC has become the latest addition to the Sonos-certified partner family. Through the certified Sonos two-way module for Total Control 2.0, you've got simple and reliable Sonos control as part of the fully-integrated Total Control system. Features include volume control, grouping of Sonos players, access to Sonos favorites and Sonos inclusion in advanced automation. This innovative module utilizes a new method of integration that expedites the programming process for URC dealers. If you're a URC dealer, the Sonos two-way module will go live on the URC Accelerator 2.0 programming software on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018. To learn more, click here.

More Sonos-certified partners will be added as the year goes on, including more partners relevant in the channel, like URC. Plus, later this year we'll be adding new capabilities to the Sonos platform. Meaning certified partners will be able to do more with their Sonos integrations...more to come.

Great news. Alexa support for Deezer is here.

Tell your customers that they can now play and control music from Deezer completely hands-free with Amazon Alexa on their Sonos One. To make sure the music they ask for automatically comes from Deezer, customers should set it as their default music service in the Alexa app.

February Survey Results and March Survey

Last month's survey included a repeat question from October; we at Sonos believe that voice is truly going to unlock a whole new set of experiences within the home. A quick view at who is utilizing what in their installations:

October: Do you utilize ______ in your installs?

February: Do you utilize ______ in your installs?

It didn't surprise us that Alexa dominates the field, given how many 3rd party skills Alexa is able to support. What did surprise us is how quickly the field is moving from "None" to voice....

Counterstrike Security

Big shout out to Kahlil with CounterStrike Security who won this month's survey entry prize. A black Sonos One is headed his way.

Could you be our next winner? Want to help inform the direction of the channel?

Take March's survey!
