NAD Electronics is pleased to announce the new D 3045 (MSRP $699) HybridDigital™ DAC Amplifier with delivery starting mid-October. The NAD D 3045 is everything a modern amplifier should be; compact, energy efficient, powerful, silent, high-resolution enabled, and packed with cutting edge features like DSD and MQA playback. NAD's expertise in both digital and analog engineering is on full display in this flexible and affordable amplifier.
The D 3045 features a 2 x 60W HybridDigital Amplifier, Two-Way Bluetooth powered by Qualcomm aptX HD audio, Asynchronous USB 24/192 Input, support for MQA and DSD playback, HDMI Audio Return Channel, Coax and Optical Input, MM Phono and Line Input, Preamp Out, Sub Out, Headphone Amp and an IR Remote.
The NAD D 3045 includes advanced capabilities usually only found in far more expensive components. Hi-Res USB DACs start at about 3X the price of the D 3045. High current headphone amplifiers start at the price of the D 3045 and go up from there. Power amps featuring 60wpc and with the low distortion and high current capability of the D 3045 are rare at this price. Just add your favourite music source and a great set of speakers to enjoy many years of sonic bliss.
Along with the D 3045, we will be demonstrating two other new NAD models in Room 8021 at the RMAF 2018 in Denver.
The new C 588 is a turntable for discerning vinyl lovers seeking higher performance. The C 588 features Belt Drive with Electronic Speed Control, an AC Motor with isolated power supply and a custom-designed Carbon fiber tonearm, to deliver exceptional performance and value for its class. Pre-fitted with the high quality Ortofon 2M Red phono cartridge, the C 588 will sell for $799 MSRP when available in November 2018.
The innovative C 658 BluOS Streaming DAC is a unique product that combines a Network Streamer, a state-of-the art DAC, and many aspects of the traditional Preamplifier into a single highly cost-effective package. The C 658 features technologies such as BluOS, MQA, Bluetooth aptX HD and Dirac Live Room Correction. And thanks to NAD's exclusive Modular Design Construction, it can keep pace with the latest technology, not yet introduced, but inevitably coming in the future.
